Paris Saint-Germain midfielder Idrissa Gueye has no future in the French capital and was recently in discussions with Everton over a possible return to Goodison Park.
However, on Thursday, RMC Sport journalist Fabrice Hawkins reported that FC Porto and Sporting CP are also interested in the 32-year-old. Furthermore, Antero Henrique would be ready to let him go free to these two clubs.
For Everton, Henrique wants a transfer but no further details as to why the Portuguese club chief has this stipulation for the Premier League club. Nonetheless, PSG intends to offload the veteran midfielder.
There are only a few days left until the summer transfer window closes on Sept. 1. Les Parisiens have added two midfielders this summer in Vitinha and Renato Sanches. They are still in the mix to add another, which appears to be Napoli’s Fabián Ruiz.
As a result, the writing is on the wall for Gueye that he will need to find another club in these last few days.
