Neymar Already Ranks at First in Europe’s Top 5 Leagues in an Impressive Playmaking Stat

Neymar has had quite the keen start to the new Ligue 1 season that Paris Saint-Germain team officials sure hoped to see from him.

Neymar shined in PSG’s recent league wins over both Clermont Foot and Montpellier. He chipped in with six total goal contributions in the contests, including two goals scored in the 5-2 victory over Montpellier.

According to Football Reference, Neymar has recorded 11 total key passes in league play this season, which ranks at first among all players in Europe’s top five leagues so far in the new campaign.
