Multiple Paris Saint-Germain players have positive reviews of manager Christophe Galtier’s early run at the club. For one, Sergio Ramos is well fond of the longtime French manager.
Ramos recently took some time to speak to Telefoot, where he lauded the first-year PSG manager.
“He is a high level coach, both tactically and technically,” Ramos said. “He just won the championship with another team (Lille OSC in 2020-2021). He is someone experienced in the world of football.”
Galtier has opened up his managerial run at PSG on a promising note, which includes going undefeated in his opening five official matches at the club. PSG is just coming off of its first winless result of the new campaign, as it came away with a 1-1 draw against AS Monaco on Ligue 1 matchday four.
It is still early for Galtier at PSG, and he will have multiple crucial tests upcoming in the coming month. Among them, PSG will open up its UEFA Champions League group stage schedule with a home clash against Serie A side Juventus next week.
