Paris Saint-Germain striker Arnaud Kalimuendo has impressed during the tour in Japan, scoring in two of the three friendlies. The France international was already drawing interest before the preseason started; those two performances might have boosted his stock.

L’Equipe (via Hadrien Grenier) reports that Stade Rennais is preparing to go on the offensive to try and land the 20-year-old forward before the summer transfer window closes.

The report from the French publication states that the Ligue 1 side is willing to play between €25 million and €30 million. Nonetheless, Rennes isn’t alone in their interest in the young striker.

Leeds United and OGC Nice are also in the mix for Kalimuendo, who is showing a knack for scoring goals not only this preseason but when he was out on loan to RC Lens.

During his time with RC Lens, Kalimuendo appeared in 65 games while scoring 21 goals for the French side. Now it seems with more confidence and a more significant role, clubs could believe the forward is ready to break out.
