Report: PSG, AC Milan Discussing Transfer for €18M Talent

Paris Saint-Germain defender Abdou Diallo reportedly wants minutes as a starter to prepare for the FIFA World Cup in November and secure his spot on the Senegal national team.

In the French capital, Diallo is at best a rotational player as he won’t start ahead of Marquinhos, Presnel Kimpembe, and Sergio Ramos if all three are healthy.

Furthermore, PSG is keen on adding another central defender. As a result, the 26-year-old could be on the move. According to La Gazzetta dello Sport (via La Source Parisienne), AC Milan and PSG are negotiating to find the best option for a transfer of Diallo to the Serie A club.

Both sides have started negotiations with a genuine desire to find the best solution, as Diallo wants to start with the World Cup approaching. The central defender is under contract until 2024, and Transfermarkt puts his value at €18 million when it comes to a possible transfer fee.
