Perhaps the reported interest from Newcastle United might have brought this rumor again to the forefront, but L’Equipe (via Culture PSG) reports that OGC Nice midfielder Khephren Thuram is a priority option for sporting advisor Luis Campos.
However, this potential reinforcement will be expensive, and arrival can only be achieved in the event of multiple departures, in particular within a bottled midfield. Nice reportedly wants €40 million for the midfielder, who could reunite with manager Christophe Galtier at Paris Saint-Germain.
The France international is under contract until 2024, so Nice isn’t in dire need of selling the young player this summer if interested clubs don’t meet their asking price.

Along with Newcastle and PSG, Juventus has also been connected to Thuram, who is coming off a 2021-22 season that saw him appear in 41 fixtures, scoring four goals and recording three assists.
Furthermore, the Nice star played most of his minutes as a defensive midfielder, with a few stints as a central and left midfielder.
