Paris Saint-Germain transfer target Gianluca Scamacca will not be coming to the French capital if the arrival of Hugo Ekitike didn’t already diminish those chances. The 23-year-old appears to be London-bound if the reporting is accurate.
According to Gazzetta dello Sport, Scamacca will join West Ham United and not with PSG, who had been negotiating for weeks for a transfer with Sassuolo, and the price cooled their interest.
Regarding the price, The Hammers will pay €36 million with €6 million bonuses and 10 percent of a future resale. These fees are enough to secure a deal for the Italy international.
If PSG wants to add another goal scorer aside from Ekitike then they will need to look elsewhere or perhaps they can fill that spot from within as Arnaud Kalimuendo is returning from a successful loan stint at RC Lens.
Furthermore, the 20-year-old scored in PSG’s friendly against Kawasaki Frontale, but the France international is linked to a possible move to Leeds United.
