Paris Saint-Germain forward Kylian Mbappe is enjoying his time off from the pitch, and the France international decided to come over to North America, particularly New York, and attend the NBA Draft, which is taking place at Barclays Center in Brooklyn.

The 23-year-old spoke to ESPN, where he was asked some basketball questions, mainly about what the future holds for his favorite team, the Los Angeles Lakers, who are undergoing changes after missing the playoffs last season.

“Maybe as far as the Lakers. I think they’re going to change a lot of themes. I think they change the coach, now the manager, so they’re going to change a lot of things,” Mbappe said. “And I hope we can. Win the ring next season.”
