‘Studying the Best Solution’ – PSG, Inter Milan Attempting to Workout Deal for €60M Rated Talent

Over the last few weeks, Paris Saint-Germain has attempted to work out a deal with Inter Milan for defender Milan Skriniar. However, both parties have been apart regarding the transfer fee for the 27-year-old.

Nonetheless, the two clubs seem to be working towards a deal that would satisfy them. According to L’Equipe (via PSG Hub), the Ligue 1 champions and the Serie A side remain in talks for Skriniar with an improved bid on the table.

The reported proposal would be around €60 million, and the two clubs could agree on a deal that’s €60 million plus bonuses. L’Equipe adds that a source close to the matter says the two “clubs are studying the best solution.”

Sporting director Luis Campos is keen on adding the Slovakian to the backline as it seems the French giants will play in a three-at-the-back formation under incoming manager Christophe Galtier.

Furthermore, the possible addition of Skriniar would allow for their slide down Presnel Kimpembe and Sergio Ramos down the depth chart. Both defenders have warts in their game as the France international cannot display a consistent form and the former Real Madrid captain is unable to stay healthy.
