Presnel Kimpembe could be on the move this summer as reports see his name linked to clubs like Juventus and Chelsea. The 26-year-old is under contract until 2024 and eyes a pay raise in his next deal.
According to Foot Mercato, sporting advisor Luis Campos has chosen to recruit several defenders this summer while retaining Sergio Ramos. In addition, Milan Skriniar is expected, and another defender could also land.
These moves considerably increase competition for minutes at the center-back position. Furthermore, the French media outlet adds that PSG has set the price for Kimpembe at €50 million.
In another report, the former youth product is pondering his future with the French giants considering he wants a prominent role as he fights for the starting position on the France national team ahead of the World Cup.
At Chelsea, manager Thomas Tuchel is familiar with the player, and the Premier League side needs central defenders following Andreas Christiansen’s and Antonio Rudiger’s exits. Meanwhile, at Juventus, he’d replace Matthijs de Ligt.
