Paris Saint-Germain could be ready to end the Neymar Jr. era in the French capital as they embark on this new project with sporting advisor Luis Campos.
Sport relayed the information stating that agent Pini Zahavi would have called FC Barcelona to offer the 30-year-old a possible return to the Camp Nou for a reasonable price of €50-million.
The Spanish press adds that Neymar would be Plan B if Barcelona cannot secure a deal for FC Bayern Munich striker Robert Lewandowski. If the La Liga side does indeed pursue the Brazilian, he would reportedly see in good eyes a return.
Despite this information, L’Equipe recently reported that Neymar would want to be a part of this new project at PSG with Campos at the helm. The forward’s contract in the French capital runs through 2027 after signing his extension last year, so he has the power regarding where he wants to play.
If the reporting by the French media outlet is correct, Neymar will likely remain with the Ligue 1 champions.
