Newly appointed Paris Saint-Germain football advisor Luis Campos is reportedly going all in to bring Inter Milan center-back Milan Skriniar to the club, and he recently made one notable move to do just that.
According to a report from the Italian-based outlet Corriere dello Sport (via Le10Sport), PSG offered Thilo Kehrer to Inter Milan in an attempt to lower the price tag for Skriniar. The reigning Coppa Italia champions had no interest in hauling in the German defender.
PSG is looking to sign Skriniar in order to bolster its center-back depth. The club reportedly sent a €50 million transfer offer to the Serie A side for the Slovakian defender, but the proposal was subsequently turned down.
For Kehrer, he is just coming off of a season where he featured in 27 matches in Ligue 1 play, which included 16 starts. The German international has played as both a full-back and a center-back for PSG club over the years.
The wait continues on whether PSG will submit another offer to Inter Milan for its coveted center-back.
