The future of Neymar Jr. at Paris Saint-Germain has been a topic of discussion over the last few days, where the 30-year-old is linked to Premier League clubs like Chelsea.
Nonetheless, all this speculation over whether the Brazilian could be heading out of the French capital could be for nothing. According to UOL Esporte, the player’s representatives say there was no communication from the French club in this respect.
The report also adds that Neymar is on vacation in Brazil, and there has been no meeting with PSG officials to discuss his future. Despite this report, the speculation over whether a departure of the forward likely won’t go away.
His former teammate and PSG captain, Thiago Silva, recently spoke about the possibility of reuniting at Chelsea since they’re one of the few teams that can afford to pay a fee and his high wages. However, it seems as though Neymar might have his head positioned on staying with PSG regardless of the assumptions made.
