The Kylian Mbappé contract extension saga could be coming to an end as the 23-year-old appears to be ready to remain with Paris Saint-Germain past when his contract expires on June 30th.

According to Le Parisien, his family and representatives are prepared to accept a two-year deal with an option for a third to prolong his stay with his hometown club and snub Real Madrid. Now the details on the financial side will be a €50-million annual wage with a €100-million loyalty bonus coming his way.

Le Parisien states PSG is ready to begin a revolution with its squad, from the sporting director down to the players, so significant changes appear to be coming from the Ligue 1 side.

There are no specifics as to what these changes will be and when they will occur, but it seems as though it’s enough explanation to allow Mbappé to be confident and extend his contract with PSG.

With the summer transfer window opening next month, the capital club will need to do a lot of work to put together a squad that can get back to the UEFA Champions League final.
