Neymar Shares Early Goals for 2022-2023 Season With PSG

After an up-and-down year with Paris Saint-Germain in the recent campaign, Neymar sees that the sky is the limit for him in the upcoming new season.

Speaking to Canal Football Club, Neymar shared several goals that he has in mind for the 2022-2023 campaign. More so, he doubled down by noting that he only aims to achieve these feats with PSG.

“My ambition is always the same: to win all possible titles,” Neymar said. “Play well, win the World Cup, the Champions League. These are my ambitions for next season.

“It must be with Paris. I have a contract with PSG, so there is no other choice. Yes, it will be with PSG.”

Neymar’s future at PSG has been a talking point as of late, although he still has three more seasons remaining on his current contract. Nonetheless, the Brazilian forward much aspires to stay put with the reigning Ligue 1 champions.

Neymar’s 2021-2022 season was marred by injury, which included the notable ankle injury suffered during the Ligue 1 away fixture against AS Saint-Etienne in November. He made his return to action in the second half of the season, but he only returned to form in the late stages of the campaign, notching at least one goal contribution in his final seven appearances of the Ligue 1 season.

Neymar is currently with the Brazil national team, as he is slated to feature in its June international schedule.
