The Aurélien Tchouaméni transfer saga continues, and it seems as though it’s coming down to Real Madrid and Paris Saint-Germain for the AS Monaco player. The 22-year-old was reportedly set to choose between Liverpool and Los Blancos; however, that’s changing course.
PSG is doing everything within its power to reverse the trend. According to Foot Mercato, Kylian Mbappé has already spoken twice to his compatriot.
Other personalities have also recommended that Tchouaméni follow Mbappé’s model, writing history in his country before attempting an adventure abroad. Furthermore, the arrival of Luis Campos as sports director is also a game-changer for the Parisians in this affair.
Before the incoming arrival of Campos, Tchouaméni found the Parisian project vague, and he was not interested. However, the project was thus explained clearly to his agent, and there would be no problem in finding an agreement on the financial plan between the two parties.
As for Monaco, they are aware of the very strong interest from the Ligue 1 champions, while club chief Paul Mitchell is asking for an amount between €80-million and €100 million. A total that PSG is ready to pay.
