Neymar Jr. has been under criticism after Paris Saint-Germain crashed out in the UEFA Champions League Round of 16 against Real Madrid. The 30-year-old didn’t factor much in the second leg, leading to him being booed in their previous home fixture, and there are questions over his future.
Some French football pundits have called for the capital club to move on from Neymar. Nonetheless, the forward hopes to end the season positively; he’ll be hoping that performances like this past weekend against FC Lorient will be the norm to finish the 2021-22 campaign.
