The future of Mauricio Pochettino at Paris Saint-Germain remains up in the air as many expect the Argentine tactician to depart after the capital club crashed out of the UEFA Champions League in the Round of 16.
Since the elimination against Real Madrid last month, plenty of managerial names has surfaced to replace Pochettino. Le Parisien reports that Antonio Conte is the latest name that the French giants could go after Tottenham Hotspur boss Antonio Conte.
According to the French media outlet, the Italian tactician would have hinted to representatives from Qatar that he would like to take a seat on the PSG bench. Furthermore, the report states that Conte feels he can get out of his contract with Spurs.
Nonetheless, there is one hurdle before many begin to envision Conte at the helm of the Ligue 1 side. He reportedly told those close to him that he would find it very difficult to work with Leonardo despite all his interest in the PSG bench.
Zinedine Zidane remains the top choice, but he still has eyes on the France national team job. Eventually, Les Parisiens will have to move on if he wants to hold out to see if the managerial position with Le Bleus opens after the World Cup this year.
