Paris Saint-Germain forward Kylian Mbappe has been on top of his game in Ligue 1 play this season.
Mbappe has so far tallied for 20 goals in league play, as opposing defenders have continued to struggle to contain his goal-scoring prowess.
Overall, Mbappe has notched 18 non-penalty goals, which ranks just behind Bayern Munich forward Robert Lewandowski (27) and Bayer Leverkusen striker Patrik Schick (19) for the most among players in Europe’s top five leagues this season.
Mbappe does sit in a tie with Lazio forward Ciro Immobile for the third-most such goals over the ongoing campaign.
PSG has won five penalty attempts in Ligue 1 this season. Mbappe took on two of them, while Neymar was granted the opportunity to take the other three kicks.
Mbappe has also been a standout performer as a playmaker, which includes a Ligue 1-leading 14 assists.
Mbappe just continues to blossom as an all-around forward for the Ligue 1 powerhouse.
