The future of Kylian Mbappé is a topic of conversation that many continue to discuss. French Football Federation president Noël Le Graët was the latest to comment on where the 23-year-old should be when his contract with Paris Saint-Germain expires in June.

In an interview with Ouest France, Le Graët stated that Mbappé has a better chance of winning the Ballon d’Or by staying in Paris than signing for Real Madrid. Furthermore, the FFF president added that the France international’s decision would affect Ligue 1 and French football.

“I want Kylian to stay in Paris. For French football, it’s better to have one of the best players in the world, if not the best, in his league. He has a better chance of winning the Ballon d’Or with PSG,” Le Graët said.

“When you change clubs, you always have to get used to an environment. Paris is on a bad run but remains a great club.”

Mbappé has yet to announce his decision, and nothing is signed with Real Madrid. The capital club remains in a reflection period to see where they go next with this project. The future of manager Mauricio Pochettino and sporting director Leonardo are being examined.

There are many names linked to PSG, /and perhaps the forward is willing to wait and see what Les Parisiens might do before making his decision.
