Angel Di Maria’s time with Paris Saint-Germain is reportedly coming to an end in June when his contract with the capital club expires. Furthermore, it seems as though the French giants have identified Ousmane Dembélé as a replacement.
RMC Sport reports that Les Parisiens have, for its part, started conversations for several weeks with the entourage of Dembélé regarding the possibility of returning to France.
The 25-year-old’s contract expires in June, and he’s yet to agree on a new deal with FC Barcelona, and PSG hopes to poach away another player from the Spanish club.
Di Maria has an option to extend his contract with the Ligue 1 club for one season, which needs to be validated by both parties, but management will not be looking to exercise this clause.
PSG wants to add some youth into their attack regardless of what happens with Kylian Mbappé, considering most of their attackers are in their 30s or late 20s.
