Lionel Messi and Neymar are currently featuring in their first season together at Paris Saint-Germain, and for Argentine striker Gonzalo Higuain, he is not counting out the possibility of the two taking their talents to Inter Miami.
“Yes, why not,” Higuain said. “Then it’s up to him to decide, but I don’t see why not.”
Neymar recently noted that he has an eye on one day signing with an MLS side, which caught the attention of the former Juventus striker.
“Neymar said he wanted to go to the MLS,” Higuain said. “They all want to come. They will like the tranquility, that there is less criticism, you can live peacefully with security. That’s what I felt at least.”
It is not likely that even Messi will opt to join Inter Miami or any MLS side in the upcoming summer transfer window, as he is under contract with PSG for next season.
For now, Messi and Neymar may both go on to feature in PSG’s upcoming Ligue 1 fixture against OGC Nice.
