PSG Mercato: Paris SG Could Look To Bring Eintracht Frankfurt Defender Back Home

The Sergio Ramos arrival hasn’t gone as expected, and Presnel Kimpembe hasn’t been fully convincing as the number two center-back behind Marquinhos. As a result, Paris Saint-Germain could be diving into the central defender market in the summer.

According to the German media outlet Bild (via Canal Supporters), the capital club will join Tottenham Hotspur and Arsenal to sign Eintracht Frankfurt defender Evan Ndicka.

Ndicka is under contract for one more season, and if The Eagles cannot reach an extension, they’ll be looking to sell the defender. Bild adds that they’ll be looking for €20-million for the France international.

This season, Ndicka has made 25 appearances for the German club, scoring three goals and two assists on the offensive side of the ball. Meanwhile, on the defensive side, he’s averaging 4.5 clearances per game, winning 6.9 total duels per game.

Should PSG decide to pursue a younger option to fill the second central defender spot, they could look to bring Ndicka home since he’s from Paris.
