During the January transfer window, Paris Saint-Germain could not offload left-back Layvin Kurzawa. There were plenty of rumors, but none resulted in the defender leaving the French capital. However, they might have a lifeline.
The transfer window in Turkey is open until February 8th; as a result, Fanatik (via Paris Fans) reports that Fenerbahçe has an interest in Kurzawa. The Turkish club is fighting for a European spot for next season, so they want to reinforce their squad.
Furthermore, the report adds that PSG would agree to take part of his salary in charge as part of a loan. Kurzawa has played much this season, and if he doesn’t find a way to make a move to Turkey happen, he might go an entire year without playing meaningful football.
Nonetheless, perhaps collecting wages for not playing any football might be okay with Kurzawa. In the end, it will be up to the player if he wants to play or collect money for not playing.
