Report: Mauricio Pochettino Has Purchased a House in Paris

This news might be telling the future, but it seems that Paris Saint-Germain manager Mauricio Pochettino sees himself staying long-term in the French capital.

According to L’Equipe, Pochettino has been staying at the hotel since arriving found housing in the 8th arrondissement of Paris. The 49-year-old still has another year left on his deal, and it seems as though he might be staying to honor it.

The Argentine tactician’s extended stay in a hotel in the 16th arrondissement with his son Sebastiano was interpreted by many media members as a desire by the Argentine technician not to stay long-term.

It implied that Pochettino would leave for a job that better fit his family. Rumors over the past few months are linking the PSG manager to the Manchester United job, which Ralf Rangnick currently holds, but it’s only temporary.

Meanwhile, PSG has also been linked to possibly hiring former Real Madrid manager Zinedine Zidane, so it will be interesting to see what this reported housing purchase suggests for the future.
