After a notable wait, Paris Saint-Germain midfielder Julian Draxler made a return to training on Saturday.

As noted by Foot Mercato, the German international featured in PSG’s scheduled training session on Saturday, just two days ahead of its upcoming Coupe de France round of 32 clash with Vannes.

Draxler has been sidelined since November due to a notable muscle injury. He has missed a multitude of key matches because of the injury, including PSG’s UEFA Champions League return group stage fixture against Manchester City.

The German talent has been receiving treatment from PSG’s medical staff over the past month.

As mentioned, PSG is set to take on Vannes up next in domestic cup action. It will be noteworthy to see whether Draxler will get the green light to take part in the match.
