Tom Holland and Zendeya were in Paris for the Ballon d’Or presentation along with helping promote “Spider-Man: No Way Home,” which comes out in theatres this Friday.
While at the ceremony, cameras caught Holland talking with Paris Saint-Germain forward Kylian Mbappé; they didn’t capture what he told the 22-year-old to react by saying the word impossible.
Nonetheless, during an interview with LadBible TV, Holland revealed that he asked Mbappé to sign with Tottenham Hotspur, which led to the reaction by the PSG star.
“At the Ballon d’Or, we ran into Mbappé, and I said to him: ‘Nice to meet you.’ He was nice, and I said to him: ‘You have to come to Tottenham.’ And there, he exploded into laughter. He then replied No, impossible. It is impossible,” Holland said.
