Despite the criticism that Paris Saint-Germain is receiving from the media and supporters over its handling of youth products such as Xavi Simons and Edouard Michut.
However, one young player seeing significant time on the squad is Eric Junior Dina-Ebimbe. The 21-year-old’s contract expires in 2023, and the capital club reportedly wants to prolong Dina-Ebimbe’s tenure in the French capital.
According to French football journalist Saber Desfarges, PSG is in discussions with the player’s representatives over an extension. Nonetheless, no agreement is yet in place for Dina-Ebimbe despite both sides beginning talks.
Furthermore, Desfarges reveals that there are several options for the future of the France international. Two of them are extending his contract before leaving on a loan deal or departing PSG this winter permanently.
Dina-Ebimbe has made ten appearances thus for Les Parisiens, where he’s accumulated 372 minutes played this season. The young player returned to the French giants following a loan stint with Dijon last season, where he made 31 appearances.
