Sergio Ramos appears to be healthy and ready to start for Paris Saint-Germain after a setback with his injury. The Spain international started against AS Saint-Étienne but didn’t appear in a match until this past weekend in the Coupe de France matchup.

However, with the former Real Madrid ready to start, it means Presnel Kimpembe will need to prepare to fight for minutes. Nonetheless, they might not be the case.

According to L’Équipe (via Foot Mercato), the 26-year-old defender wants to discover a new league and is interested in playing the Premier League.

Furthermore, the France international is appreciated by former PSG manager and current Chelsea FC manager Thomas Tuchel, who had Kimpembe from 2018 to 2020.

The report states that the German tactician would like to bring the defender to London and include him in his three-way defense to compensate for a possible departure of Antonio Rüdiger.

Kimpembe is under contract until 2024, but if he doesn’t want to compete with Ramos or another center-back they bring in, then the defender will ask to leave.
