As was the case over the recent summer transfer window, Paris Saint-Germain forward Kylian Mbappe has been in the rumor mill over a possible move to Real Madrid. Still, PSG defender Sergio Ramos aims to see Mbappe stay on with the Ligue 1 side.
Mbappe is currently in the final season of the five-year contract deal that he signed with PSG in 2017. The French forward has primarily been linked with a free transfer move to Real Madrid, which is a club that Ramos made his name in.
Nonetheless, the veteran Spanish defender wants Mbappe to remain with PSG, which he discussed further about during a press conference for his new gym in Madrid, Spain.
“I wouldn’t want him to be a client of this gym,” Ramos said. “I like to be surrounded by the best players, and he is a key player for PSG now and in the future. I want him to stay in my team.”
Mbappe has yet to provide for a final declaration on what he plans to do at the end of the season, whether he aims to sign a multiyear contract deal with PSG club officials or leave the side as a free transfer.
Mbappe is currently in his fifth season with PSG, where he has so far scored 13 goals in all competitions.
Mpape should shun lobbyists and stay in PSG. He has more prospects there. Sometimes, God puts a person in a place for his own good
