PSG Mercato: Inter Milan plans to offer Paris SG target Marcelo Brozović contract extension

It seems as though in the upcoming transfer windows, Paris Saint-Germain will plan to improve the midfield. The capital club added Georginio Wijnaldum, but it seemed as though they wanted to bring in another name, considering the targets they were linked to this past summer.

PSG plans to use the free transfer market again to fill this need and one of the players they’re reportedly expressing interest in is Inter Milan midfielder Marcelo Brozović. However, it seems as though the Italian club wants to do everything in its power to hold onto the 28-year-old.

According to Nicolò Schira, Inter Milan plan to get Brozović’s contract resolved by Christmas. The Serie A side intends to offer the Croatia international a four-year extension until 2025 in hopes that this contract will help dissuade interest from clubs around Europe.

The Ligue 1 side isn’t the only one having their eyes on the midfielder. Tottenham Hotspur is the latest club hoping to land Brozović following the arrival of former Inter Milan manager Antonio Conte.

PSG sporting director Leonardo has already gone to Inter Milan to help solve the club’s right-back issues, and perhaps it seems the Brazilian will go there to grab a midfielder with plenty of experience.
