Paris Saint-Germain needs to address their midfield this summer window as Marco Verratti can’t stay fit, and there’s not much behind the 28-year-old that convinces. The capital club is reportedly the favorite to land Manchester United midfielder Paul Pogba.
However, Pogba isn’t the only player the Ligue 1 side will be targeting as they look to revamp the position. According to Calciomercato, at least five European clubs are interested in Bayern Munich midfielder Corentin Tolisso, whose contract expires in June.
Les Parisiens join Inter Milan, Juventus, Tottenham, and Atlético de Madrid as possible destinations for Tolisso, who has fallen out of favor with manager Julian Nagelsmann at the Bavarian club.
Tolisso has only made five appearances in all competitions and only two in Bundesliga matches, so, likely, the 27-year-old doesn’t extend his contract and look elsewhere. Tolisso has played in Ligue 1 during his time with Olympique Lyonnais, so it will be interesting to see if he would like to return to French football.
