Paris Saint-Germain’s star-studded attack of Lionel Messi, Neymar and Kylian Mbappe remains as the top attraction within the team. Although Messi, Neymar and Mbappe have yet to put out for a collectively formidable performance this season, they have shown glimpses of their potential together.
For PSG midfielder Ander Herrera, he sees that the trio has been getting along well so far this season, which he detailed further during his talk to Teleftoot.
“It’s going perfectly,” Herrera said. “From what I saw from day one, it was a special relationship between Kylian and Ney, and when Leo arrived in Paris, he connected with them right away.
“There is no ego war between them at all. We can’t control what is said outside, the criticism. But it’s good for us! I love that everyone is against us, it motivates us. Leo, Kylian, Ney like it, so I am very optimistic.”
The Spanish midfielder has so far had key success in playing alongside PSG’s main attacking trio, which has earned him key starts in all competition this season.
PSG will have several key fixtures following the October international break, including the key UEFA Champions League home group stage fixture against Bundesliga side RB Leipzig. PSG sure will call upon Messi, Neymar and Mbappe to lead the team to success in such matches.
