Another UEFA matchday is in the books this week as the Champions, Europa, and Conference League has concluded, and Europe’s governing body has updated its country’s and club rankings.

When it comes to the country rankings, France is in the top five after being behind Portugal for a good minute, but the French clubs in Europe did well Europe this week, well maybe not Lille OSC, but the rest got favorable results.

Paris Saint-Germain sits outside the top five in sixth place when it comes to club ranking, but the Ligue 1 side is ahead of clubs like Real Madrid and Juventus; however, they’re behind FC Barcelona.

Nonetheless, they’re a few points behind the Spanish side, so if they crash out in the group stage and PSG heads on another deep run, it’s likely they leap over Barcelona.

The French giants currently sit atop Group A with seven points as they fend off Manchester City to finish at the top midway through the matchdays.
