Paris Saint-Germain has missed their midfielder Marco Verratti over the last few weeks, and they didn’t have the 28-year-old for its UEFA Champions League matchday one fixture against Club Brugge.
The capital club would have Verratti for its clash against Manchester City, and having the Italy international made a world of difference. Although not at his best considering it was his first match since returning from injury, Verratti played 78 minutes while having 67 touches and going 42 for 45 on his passing.
