Paris Saint-Germain has seen its front three struggle to score early in the season as Lionel Messi has yet to register a goal, and Neymar has one goal.
Meanwhile, Kylian Mbappé is carrying the scoring load as the 22-year-old has four goals in nine games. Nonetheless, some would want to see more scoring production from the France international.
Following PSG’s victory over Montpellier Hérault SC, manager Mauricio Pochettino spoke to the media at his press conference. He stated that he isn’t concern about the lack of goal production from his three star players.
“They gave themselves a lot of chances but didn’t score, but it happens. It will come, they are very talented and high-quality players. I have no doubts that they will score a lot of goals. We didn’t score more than two goals, but we could have,” Pochettino said.
