Real Madrid continues to push as it attempts to land Paris Saint-Germain forward Kylian Mbappé. The Spanish club has reportedly made two offers, the second being €170-million with €10-million in bonuses.
While the media outlets in Spain called this deal imminent after this proposal, reports from France are singing a different tone. According to RMC Sport (via Paris Fans), Real Madrid does not understand PSG’s position, who refuses to give a price and still has not officially responded to the second offer.
Furthermore, Los Blancos have put an ultimatum on their offer as they want they demand the Ligue 1 side make a decision no later than Monday regarding their proposal of €180-million.
Leonardo, PSG’s sporting director, stated that nothing has changed when asked about the second offer and this close to the summer window closing unless the French giants can get a replacement similar to the level of Mbappé. If they can’t, Les Parisiens have no issues with holding onto their superstar.
