Paris Saint-Germain hit the ground running with its busy transfer summer window as it cornered the free transfer market, grabbing players like Georginio Wijnaldum, Sergio Ramos, and Georginio Wijnaldum. The capital club spent big on right-back Achraf Hakimi.
These moves didn’t go unnoticed with the players who were competing in international tournaments this summer. During an interview with ESPN, PSG midfielder Leandro Paredes spoke about the French giants’ moves as they continue to improve the squad ahead of the 2021-22 season.
“We already had a very good workforce, top-level players are added to it. Without a doubt, they will give us what we need in the fight for the Champions League. PSG has created a great team for the future,” Paredes said.
