Paris Saint-Germain is now well open to transfer offers for Sergio Rico as the side has now transfer listed the veteran goalkeeper, according to a report from L’Equipe.
Rico held the backup goalkeeper role for PSG this past season, as the talent wound up recording 13 appearances in all competitions.
The former Sevilla goalkeeper did provide for several key performances over the campaign, which included the notable clean sheet showing against Olympique de Marseille in Ligue 1 play.
Still, PSG is now open to selling the Spanish goalkeeper.
The report adds that with current free agent Gianluigi Donnarumma set to join PSG, the club is now looking to offload Rico as Keylor Navas may soon take over as the team’s new backup goalkeeper.
It remains to be seen whether PSG will go all out to offload Rico, or if the side will be content with relegating the talent to the third-string goalkeeper role.
