PSG Mercato: Paul Pogba Rejects Contract Extension Offer by Manchester United

The Paul Pogba to Paris Saint-Germa rumor continues to grow louder. The 28-year-old is the primary target for the capital club as it now hopes to reinforce its midfield. Pogba’s vacation time has come to an end, and now the Manchester United midfield must decide on his future.

According to the English newspaper Mirror (via Paris Fans), Pogba has rejected a contract worth around €58-million to keep him with The Red Devils until 2025 and is now close to leaving this summer.

Pogba and his agent Mino Raiola have rejected the proposed new contract to move towards the transfer to Paris.

The report adds that Manchester United doesn’t want to go through a season with Pogba only having one year left on his contract and departing next year on a free transfer.

It seems as though if the information is accurate, the Premier League side will need to start thinking of life without Pogba and begin listening to offers for their midfielder.

Mirror includes in the story that €52-million for Pogba.
