Moise Kean had a good season with Paris Saint-Germain during the 2020-21 season, where he appeared in 41 fixtures and scored 17 goals. However, the agreement didn’t come with an option to buy, and so the 21-year-old returned to Everton FC once the loan expired.
Once the season came to an end, Kean made it clear that his preference would be to return to the French capital. However, with a new manager at Everton FC with Rafael Benítez taking over for Carlo Ancelotti, it seems the Spanish tactician wants to count on the Italian forward.
As a result, it doesn’t seem like the English club is open for a loan deal again and only wants a permanent transfer. French football journalist Saber Desfarges provided an update on the Kean transfer on Twitter. He stated that the forward is growing impatient over the standstill of a potential return to PSG.
For now, there are no reports of Les Parisiens working out a permanent transfer deal for Kean.
