France crashed out in the UEFA Euros after Paris Saint-Germain forward Kylian Mbappé failed to convert a penalty kick to extend the shootout against Switzerland.
Since then, the 22-year-old has received criticism in various languages, with some hoping that this failure humbles him. Furthermore, Adrien Rabiot’s mother, Veronique, blamed the PSG forward alongside Manchester United midfielder Paul Pogba.
Despite dealing with these issues, the Collectif Ultras Paris posted a photo showing their support for Mbappé after a tough week.
“Racism, media lynching: support for KM,” the banner read.
