Brazil kicked off the Copa América tournament with a 3-0 victory over Venezuela. Paris Saint-Germain forward Neymar Jr. missed the competition in 2019 due to injury. Now he’s making up for the lost time.
The 29-year-old was involved in all three goals, scoring in one and assisting on another. Neymar had a field day with the Venezuelan defense providing seven key passes and going ten for 17 on his ground duels.
On Thursday, Brazil will take the pitch at the Estádio Olímpico Nilton Santos in Rio de Janeiro when they take on Peru.
