Mauricio Pochettino has not asked Paris Saint-Germain officials to terminate his contract amid rumors of a possible return to Tottenham, as noted by RMC Sport‘s Loic Tanzi.
Pochettino has been heavily linked with a surprise return to Tottenham. The Argentine manager spent five years with the Premier League side, which included multiple top-four finishes in the league table.
One report by Le Parisien noted that Tottenham has been in contact with Pochettino to inquire on whether he would be interested in a possible reunion.
On the other side, PSG officials have not received any indication from the Argentine manager that he wants to leave the club, the report adds. PSG is also not considering such an early departure, especially as he is under contract with the club for next season.
The summer transfer window will open in a mere weeks, so this matter is not expected to drag on until then.
