Paris Saint-Germain’s 2021-22 home kits were announced in collaboration with Jordan Brand, and since the leaks revealing the kits for next season, they’ve been a controversial talking point. The main issue some are taking is that these jerseys don’t represent the history of the club.
During an appearance on After Foot RMC, French football pundit Kévin Diaz ripped Qatar Sports Investments, who, in the eyes of Diaz, have only produce one kit that reflects the history of the capital club, which was their kits from this season.
“Since the Qataris arrived, PSG jerseys are not at all identifiable, except this year. The jerseys and logos must represent the history of the club!” Diaz said.
🗣️💬 "Depuis que les Qataris sont arrivés les maillots du PSG ne sont pas du tout identifiables, à part cette année. Les maillots et les logos doivent représenter l'histoire du club !"
