It seems as if Neymar has set out to put together a formidable performance in Paris Saint-Germain’s final home match of the season against Stade de Reims. The Brazilian forward scored an early penalty goal in the match and came close to picking up an assist later in the first half.
Neymar fooled Reims’ defensive backline as he sent in a no-look back pass over to Kylian Mbappe in the opponent’s defensive third. Unfortunately for PSG, Mbappe failed to convert this high-percentage goal-scoring chance, as the ball went wide left.
This would have been one of the best assists in Ligue 1 this season had Mbappe finished the chance.
