It took a while this season but Angel Di Maria is now Paris Saint-Germain’s all-leader in assists with 104. The Argentine playmaker set the record during the second half of PSG’s 2021 Coupe de France Final win against AS Monaco.
Di Maria surprised Monaco’s backline with a superb pass over to Kylian Mbappe while in Monaco’s defensive third. From there, the French forward chipped in the goal-scoring chance for the goal.
