Paris Saint-Germain has just been gifted with one of the most unusual goals of the season.

On a corner kick attempt, Brest midfielder Romain Faivre wounded up blocking Angel Di Maria’s curling ball that would have likely created a golden goal-scoring chance for a PSG player in the penalty box. Somehow, the ball subsequently flicked in goal as Brest goalkeeper Gautier Larsonneur failed to reach what ended up being PSG’s opening score of the match.

While PSG currently leads in this matchup, the French powerhouse still needs Lille to drop points in its matchup against Angers in order to win Ligue 1.
