Report: PSG’s Projected Starting 11 for the Ligue 1 Fixture Against Reims

In Paris Saint-Germain’s final home fixture of the season, the reigning Ligue 1 champions will be taking on Stade de Reims.

For the moment, PSG would need plenty of help if it will go on to once again claim a Ligue 1 title. PSG would need to win its final two matches of the season and see current league-leaders Lille OSC either lose one match or come away with two draws.

For this critical league matchup, here is how PSG may line, up according to Le Parisien.

Navas; Dagba, Diallo, Marquinhos, Bakker; Gueye, Paredes; Di Maria, Neymar, Mbappe; Icardi

PSG will have plenty of absences due to either injury or suspension, such as with Marco Verratti. The Italian midfielder is not expected to again feature for PSG this season due to a right knee injury.

In PSG’s attack upfront, Mauro Icardi may be in need of a potent performance considering that he has not scored in his last four appearances in all competitions.

It will be noteworthy to see whether some players in PSG’s starting 11 will go on to be subbed off earlier than expected considering that the team has the 2021 Coupe de France Final coming a mere days later.
