The summer transfer window for Paris Saint-Germain promises to be intense. The capital club seeks to improve various areas on the squad, particularly to the full-back positions.
Many assume that the French giants will only address the right-back position with the pending departure of Alessandro Florenzi. However, it seems as though Les Parisiens are also eyeing looking to upgrade at left-back.
According to Bild football journalist Christian Falk, AC Milan’s Theo Hernandez, who’s under contract until 2024, has an offer from PSG. For its part, the Italian club has not yet accepted a transfer deal for its player; furthermore, the amount of the Parisian bid was not specified by Falk.
Hernandez joined Milan in 2019 and has made 81 appearances, scoring 15 goals and 13 assists. Transfermarkt also places the 23-year-old’s transfer value at €50-million.
Despite extending Juan Bernat, Hernandez would be a significant upgrade and provide a solid one-two punch should either player fall to injury.
